OVERVIEWtop

This conference will continue the tradition of reaching around the globe to address the issues that challenge all of us caring for children faced with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses.

Conference theme: Community Needs That Drive the Development of Perinatal, Pediatric and Adolescent Palliative Care Programs: Experiences in cancer, trauma, HIV, congenital anomalies, early gestation and other life threatening/ life limiting conditions.

Physicians, nurses, child life specialists, social workers, administrators, clinical leaders, chaplains, counselors, volunteers, coalition leaders, educators, researchers, advocates, parents and others interested in pediatric hospice, palliative, and all-inclusive coordinated care.

METHOD OF PARTICIPATIONtop

In order to meet the learning objectives and receive continuing education credits, participants are expected to check in at the registration desk, attend the program each day of the conference and complete an online evaluation form at the conclusion of the program. A letter certifying your attendance and credit verification will be emailed to you upon completion of the online evaluation survey.

A full refund, less a $35 cancellation fee, will be granted if notice is received no later than October 6, 2014. Refunds will not be issued for any cancellation received after October 6, 2014. Refunds cannot be given for “no shows.”
