To support RSS Activity Directors and Coordinators in preparing applications, we offer live review sessions and drop‑in office hours prior to application submission. We strongly encourage you to participate before submitting your application.

These sessions are designed to help you:

  • Understand application requirements and expectations
  • Walk through each section of the application in detail
  • Learn common pitfalls and best practices
  • Ask questions and get real‑time guidance

Live Application Review Sessions (Registration Required)

All review sessions are held via Zoom. Please register for the session that best matches your application type and RSS format.

If you completed a full application for your series in FY 26, FY 27 is a renewal year for the series.

If you are uncertain as to which session you should register for, review the activity lists in the expandable panels below or reach out to Elizabeth Ward – elizabeth.s.ward@rutgers.edu.

RSS Application Office Hours (Registration Not Required; No Formal Presentation)

Office hours are held via Zoom and are intended for drop‑in questions and individualized assistance. You may join at any point during the hour—no full‑session attendance required.
