To register for an activity, please click here to visit our CE portal. Once you find the activity that you would like to register for, please select the “Register” button.
If this is your first time registering for an activity on our portal, you may need to create a new profile before completing your activity registration.
We do not offer registration by phone or email. If you have any questions about the registration process, please contact our office at ccoe@rbhs.rutgers.edu or 973-972-4267.

Unless otherwise specified on the specific activity registration site, we only accept payment through our secure CE portal and payment can only be made by credit card. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received by Rutgers.

If you need to cancel your registration, please review the activity page on our CE portal for the refund policy specific to the activity that you registered for.
If Rutgers cancels an activity, liability is limited to the registration fee.

All credit can be viewed in your CloudCME profile. Once you sign in to the CE portal, click the “My CE” button on the top right and then click “Transcript” to view the CE credit that you have earned. All CE credit will display on your transcript.
You can also download the CloudCME mobile app from the app store and access your transcript on the app. Once you open the app, login using “Rutgers” as the organizational code and then enter your CloudCME login name and password.

As an accredited provider, we are required to verify participation for six years from the date of the activity. We cannot guarantee that we can verify participation beyond six years.

If you do not claim credit within the time frame, we will add credit for up to three sessions in an academic year (July-June). Please submit your request to your Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) Coordinator. Your RSS Coordinator is responsible for forwarding all requests to CCOE. Once the academic year concludes, we will not accept any requests to add credit for sessions held during the previous year.
