FY 2027 (July 2026-June 2027) RSS Applications

The APF must be completed in Qualtrics.

You will be asked to upload the signed Financial Form and the RSS Responsibilities Agreement at the end of the APF. The APF will be incomplete without these completed documents. CCOE will not accept these documents via email. Once the APF is submitted, you will receive an email copy of the responses.

CCOE will accept the APF depending on when your annual series begins. Please refer to the table above for application opening dates.

Please do not submit the APF before the opening dates. CCOE will not review forms submitted early or save them for review later. Any APFs submitted early will be returned to you.

CCOE will respond to you within two weeks of receiving the completed APF with approval notification or request for additional information. If changes to the APF are necessary, CCOE will return the APF to you for editing.

Please review the Financial Form for specific deadline dates. Your rate will be determined based on when a complete APF is submitted to CCOE and planning committee members’ disclosure forms have been completed in CloudCME.

The series will be eligible to provide CE credit once:

1. All planning committee members complete their disclosure form in CloudCME
2. The APF and required attachments are submitted, and CCOE reviews and approves all documents.
3. CCOE sets up the FY 27 series in CloudCME and forwards the RSS Planner Agreements for all planning committee members to the RSS Coordinator(s) and Activity Director(s).
4. The RSS Coordinator returns all executed RSS Planner Agreements to CCOE.
